Regarding his dietary habits, Mr Samson consumes high-fat and high-glycemic index carbohydrates. He eats fast foods daily at lunch, and takes chocolates, crips and soft drinks as snacks. On top of that, the dietary recall reveals his excessive consumption of high energy food tuff.
Mr Samson was advised to reduce his intake of high saturated fays, and replace it with refined carbohydrates, along with fruits, vegetables, and oily fish.
