Radiographer

You are a radiographer in the X-ray department . Ms Sophia has brought her 12 -year-old daughter for a chest X-ray due to a persistent cough and occasional breathlessness over the past three weeks. She approaches you with a specific request regarding the procedure.

* Confirm the reason for the visit.

* Understand the cultural context and the importance behind her request for a female radiographer.

* Assess the clinical feasibility and practical implications of accommodating her request for the diagnostic procedure.

* Propose a specific, respectful accommodation and compromise that addresses her concerns while ensuring she receives the X-ray promptly. 

* Conform with her the proposed accommodation is acceptable and that she feels comfortable proceeding with her daughter's procedure.

* Get her confirmation.
