You recently visited a museum in your local town and you had a mixed experience.  Write a letter to the museum's manager. In your letter.

* explain wen you visited and what you saw.

* explain the positive parts of your experience and what you liked

* explain the negative parts of your experience and give advise for some improvements.

Begin as:

Dear Sir/Madam, 

I am writing to share you  my experience of visiting your museum in the town. 

I am James Matthew  and the last week I visited the Chitra Arts Gallery and Museum in Trivandrum. Being a history enthusiast,  I was looking forward very much to learning about the important events that your museum covers and looking at the displays. In general the exhibits were well preserved and interesting. I was much impressed wit the recreation of various periods of Kerala History.

However, there were certain aspects of my visit that were quite unsatisfactory and I would suggest that these would be improved as soon as possible. Several of the tour guides were giving incorrect information regarding dates, people and events and impacts of events. 

Your museum is very interesting , but you can arrange the exhibits in the chronological order which will be more useful for the visitors. and employ more qualified guides.  I hope you can act on my advice to create a more worthwhile experience.
