Dietitian :

You are reviewing  a patient who visited you for a weight management consultation two weeks ago. He/she is  not happy with his/her weight.  He requires further advice  re: weight management

TASK

* Confirm the reason for the visit

*  Ask about his/her current eating habit

* Ask about the food diary and ensure he/she eats accordingly

* Ask about the snacking habits

* He/she requires reducing snacks and avoid snakes at night

* Ask about her meat intake and recommend the the intake less than 400 gm per day/

*Ask about fruit intake and recommend to increase the fruit and veg intake.

* Confirm he/she understands your instructions

* Suggest the next review
