Setting: Hospital room

Nurse: You are a registered nurse, and talking to a 25-year-old lady who gave birth to a baby last week weighing 3kg. She is worried and complaining of cracked nipples due to which she doesn't feel like feeding her child. Also, she is cautious about her figure.

TASK

* Explain the reason for her condition (incorrect positioning, and incorrect latching on to the breast by the infant)

* Provide correct technique and solution.9 (positioning of the baby)

* Detail her of the importance of breast feeding and mother's milk. 

* Convey about the immunity which the child develops.

* Reassure that her figure can be maintained (yoga or exercise)
