Dear Luis,

Dear Luis,

I hope this message finds well. I am writing to express my enthusiasm for the upcoming event celebrating popular food from around the world. As a proud representative of my country, I would like to contribute by preparing a dish that is both cherished and iconic in our culture.

The dish that I propose to make is biriyani. It is a flavorful and aromatic rice dish that combines basmati rice, tender meat (or vegetables for a vegetarian version), and blend of fragrant spices such as cinnamon, coriander, and saffron. Biriyani is often garnished with fried onions, boiled eggs and leaves of coriander , making it a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

Biriyani is a symbol of celebration and unity in my culture, served at festivals, weddings and family gatherings. Including it in the event will provide the attendees with a taste of our rich  culinary heritage and the warmth of our hospitality.

I would be delighted to handle its preparation, and ensure it is prepared beautifully at the event.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards
