Ans: Well, yes. It's crucial for maintaining overall well-being. Taking time to unwind and recharge has multiple benefits:
* Relaxation help reduce stress level. When we are constantly busy or under pressure, our bodies produce stress hormones like cortisol. Regular relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing, meditation, or spending time in nature, can counteract this effect.
* Moreover, chronic stress can lead to health issues like high blood pressure weakened immune system, and digestive problems.
* I think, relaxation is crucial for mental clarity, improved sleep and emotional well-being.
5. In your opinion, should employer pay for relaxation of their employees?
Ans: Well, yes. I think, employers should recognize the importance of employee well-being and consider supporting relaxation initiatives.
When the employees are well-rested and relaxed, they perform better. Offering relaxation benefits can lead to increased productivity and efficiency.

Besides, taking breaks and engaging in hobbies can spark fresh ideas and innovative solutions, Moreover, it enhances time management.
