1. IELTS Examiner: Do you usually spend a lot of time alone?
Candidate: Well, honestly speaking, I love spending time by myself because I have an extremely hectic schedule and I like to relax and be alone for sometime during the day which help me to recharge myself. This is my way of  regaining my energy and peace of mind.

[Well, I have never known  what's being alone ever since I became a mother. I spend my entire time with my baby. However, earlier I was a person who liked to be alone. Now it's only in my dreams]

2. IELTS Examiner:  What did you do last time when you were by yourself?
Candidate: Well, I vividly remember. I watched a comedy  last last time when I was alone all by myself. It was a couple of days ago and I really enjoyed that 'me time'.

3. IELTS Examiner: How do you usually spend time by yourself?
Candidate: Well, I would say, I usually spend time by myself by sleeping, doing my pending household official chores or by watching some movies. I'm a big fan of Mohan Lal.

4. IELTS Examiner: is alone important?
Candidate:Well, I reckon, spending time alone has several benefits. For instance it helps one's personal exploration, creativity and social energy.
It gives you time and freedom to truly explore your own passions without interference. Moreover, alone time is an opportunity to let your mind wander and strengthen your creativity.

5. IELTS Examiner: Are there any disadvantages of being alone?
Candidate: Well, I believe, being alone can cause mental health problems, such as anxiety or depression. Chronic loneliness can result in difficulty falling asleep and/or interrupted sleep.
