Two Pie charts
The given pie charts compare the changes in spending patterns in a school located in the UK for two different years.
Overview, the highest amount of money has been spent on the teachers' salaries in both the years, whereas the lowest amount on insurance. Moreover, there was a downward trend in the 'other workers' wages, while the opposite was true for insurance, which experienced an increase.
Teachers' salaries which stood at 40 percent surged to 50 percent in a decade, resulting in a 10 percent increase. On the other hand, there was only a 5 percent increase for resources. The expenditure on insurance hiked minimally from 2 percent to 3 percent.
Contrastingly, two items, namely furniture and equipment as well as the other worker's salaries showed a downward trend. In 1981, the former item utilised 15 percent of the budget, but in 1991 it dropped to 5 percent, showing a decline of 10 percent. The annual expenditure in 1991 for other workers' also suffered a dip, but it was lower than that of the other.
