1. What do you think about online product rating or reviews?
Ans: Online products ratings and reviews can be a useful way to compare different products and learn from other customers' experiences. However, not all ratings and reviews are reliable or trustworthy. Some may be biased. fake or sponsored by the product's seller or manufacturer. Therefore, it is important to check the source, quality and credibility of the rating and reviews before making a purchase decision.
2. Do you trust online reviews?
Ans: Well, online reviews are a popular source of information about a product, but they are also unreliable or misleading. Credibility of a product depends on multiple factors, such as the source characteristics, the review characteristics and the consumer characteristics. So, I trust the review if I find the reviewer as similar to myself. However, I take care not to be fooled.
3. Why do people write online reviews?
Well, people write reviews online for various reasons:
* To help others make better buying decisions
* To express their gratitude, satisfaction or dissatisfaction with a product or service.
* To feel a sense of belonging , community, or social influence by sharing their opinion with others.
4. Do you think online reviews are helpful to customers and companies?
Ans: Well, without any doubts they are extremely useful to the customers and the companies. They provide several benefits such as:
* the social proof that can influence purchase decisions
* help customers find the best product or service for their needs and expectations
* increase customers' loyalty and satisfaction for the product
* help small and new businessmen to grow and compete with larger ones by building trust and credibility.
5. What reviews are more useful, positives or negatives?
Ans: Well, ultimately the usefulness of reviews may vary depending on individual customer and their goals, preferences and decision-making processes. Some customers may value positive reviews more because they highlight the benefits and increased satisfaction. Others, on the other hand, value negative reviews more as they reveal the drawbacks and risks of the products.
6. What can online shop owners do to resolve the problems that shoppers face?
Ans: Shop owners can do several things to resolve the problems of shoppers, such as:
* Provide transparent refund and return policiesas quickly and efficiently as possible.
* Offer price guarantees to avoid losing customers due to price drops.
* Ensure product quality to avoid re-selling returned or damaged products.
* Provide support service for electronic products and authorised service providers.
