Some people say that the best way to stay fit is to join gym, while others think doing everyday activities such as walking and climbing stairs is enough. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Wellness has always been a topic of heated debate and it is often argued that joining a fitness centre vital for maintaining health, whereas others believe that daily warm-up exercises are adequate to stay healthy . To embark on, daily exercises are immensely effective in multiple ways. [View 1]. Firstly, regular day-to-day activities are natural and no specific time and money are required for this since we can do them as a part our daily routine. Furthermore, these exertions help to regulate blood pressure, lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart attacks. [Explanation]. For instance, most countries promote yoga these days because it caters to fight against maladies such as cancer and heart attack. [Example] Therefore, our everyday life endorses ways to remain fit. On the flip side, it is often held that fitness centres are flexible for a workout because they relieve your stress and immunize your body against issues that may lead to stress. [View 2]. Moreover, they make you sweat a lot which enhances blood circulation and expulsion of toxins. [Explain]. For example, there are a huge variety of equipment and drills carried out under the guidance of healthcare professionals. [Example] Thus, going to a gym is more effective to keep the body in shape. To conclude, health being an indispensable for a happy life, some people opt to go to gyms, while others prefer doing the daily healthy activities that render fitness. [Re-write paraphrase].
