Model Answer. Partially Agree.
It is often argued that the governments should finance public services instead of spending its budget on arts. In this essay, I will partially agree with the notion and validate my opinion that although government's investment in public utilities play a pivotal role, arts sector is equally significant for the society.
To embark on, considering the importance of it, the authorities ought to allocate a considerable share of its budget on public services. This sector plays no small influence in determining the quality of life, which ensures basic services such as schools, hospitals and roads. Moreover, they cater to the primary needs of the society. For instance, any country can thrive without music and paintings; however, in the the absence of medical facilities and educational institutions the citizens cannot lead a happy and prosperous life. That is why the governments should adequately fund the public services in the first place.
On the flip side, a section of the demographics feels that arts, music and theatres play no small role because they are an integral part of the cultural and intellectual development of the members of the society. Further more, arts and music cater to the minds whereas, museums and theatres are the sources of entertainments. The sample survey conducted by the Ministry of Health is the premier example, which reveals that majority of the participants feel that governmental allocations on sources of mental developments should not be bypassed at any cost.
To conclude, it is generally argued that governments should finance more in the public services rather than on the sources of the mental well-beings of its citizens. This essay has established my opinion that I partially agree with the notion because in my perspective both are equally significant in the overall well-being of the society.
2. Advantages and disadvantages

1. A lot of places in the world rely on tourism as a main source of income. Unfortunately, tourism can also be a source of problems if it is not managed correctly.
