Answer: Totally Disagree
It is often argued that in order to lead a hassle-free life, people ought to have a high income even though the job satisfaction is meager. In this essay I totally disagree with that notion and validate my opinion that despite the huge salary, satisfaction in one's own work has myriad virtues.
To embark on, it is an undeniable fact that work environment gives people a sense of fulfillment that no money can provide. Even if one is earning an enormous salary, one cannot enjoy one's life in its fullest sense if the work environs is stressful. A premier example is the study conducted by the BBC among the healthcare workers in the UK, which revealed that many doctors are shifting to other professions because of high work-related stress, though they earn a fabulous salary. Thus, job satisfaction has an upper hand in a person's life.
Furthermore, if a person opts a career which suits his tastes and talents, it will provide him life's contentment in its fullest sense. It caters to the all round development of an individual. The best example is the former First Lady of the USA, Michelle Obama, who cast away her dollar-mincing career in a law firm, once she realized that her true calling is working with people and this rendered her a sense of happiness and self esteem. Therefore, without any doubt, achievements in life is associated with job satisfaction.
To conclude, it is a myth prevailing among a section of the demographics that highly paid jobs are essential for life's triumph. However, this essay has established my opinion that I totally disagree with that notion because personal satisfaction is more rewarding than what money can buy.
