Idiom for Speaking:
the tip of an iceburg.
Meaning: You can say something is 'the tip of an iceberg', when it is just a small part of something which is bigger.
eg. The internet is huge; what you can find through search engines is just the tip of an iceberg.
IELTS Examiner: Do you think corruption is increasing nowadays?
Candidate: Well, without any doubt, the rate of corruption is escalating these days. I believe that the corruption cases brought to courts are just the tip of an iceberg.
