To be like a dog with two tails

Meaning: Dogs express happiness by wagging their tails; therefore, 'a dog with two tails' means to be very happy!

Candidate:  My best friend is Anna. We have known each other sice we were children. Every time I see her, I'm like a dog with two tails.
